higher inbound leads, and a refreshed brand identity used across 5 new regions.

The Challenge

Qresto’s growing product suite had outpaced its design consistency. Each new feature felt disconnected, with visuals and interactions varying across platforms. The challenge was to build a unified design system that could scale seamlessly as their product evolved — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a stronger brand presence. We needed to translate their complex digital ecosystem into a clear, cohesive, and user-centered design language that empowered both the team and the end users.

The Approach

We started by auditing Qresto’s existing interfaces and documenting every design pattern in use. Then we established a modular design system with reusable components, clear guidelines, and scalable logic. The system was implemented across all platforms to maintain visual and functional consistency. Our approach empowered Qresto’s design and development teams to work faster, smarter, and with full brand alignment.
